Day 10, had quite a few urges this afternoon so needed to post.. Im feeling alot of emptiness today, bizarrely I still on some level believe only gets filled from P or images surrounding P.. need to find other resources of filling my own cup & not rely on external material.. finding it hard to resist! Hope others are finding this easier, today sucks but hanging on in there.!

Today I just realised that one of my favorite youtuber is saying in each of his videos something related to sex, and doing so to porn, it is his way of speaking, but I don't think he wants to urge viewers watching porn. I think I might stop watching his videos for a time. That is gonna be kind of hard...

Anyway I see that lots of you have problems with the Internet and everything that is surrounding it. It is my seventh day and it is still hard for me to restrict the use of the Internet. I think we should do it step after step. It is useless to stop it brutally, and the more brutal it is, the harder it will be. Just begin by planning things to do everyday, such as doing the dishes, talking with friends (call them, or send them messages and not via social network) or even reading five pages of a book... The better you do it, the better you will feel!

So don't give up yet, because you cannot resist something does not mean you cannot overcome it!

Hey man, you're doing great. you have a rational understanding of the situation, and you have a good attitude. and I've read your intro page and find that you've already succeeded in several challenges. that means you do have that capacity! have faith in yourself. moreover, it is not a failure that you got another relapse, it is a success that you managed another 21day without PMO! compare to the days that you didn't decide to quit PMO, you're already more free from PMO this 2018, you're already in progress!
don't let NoFap challenge to be another reason to deny ourselves. congratulations for your 21d persistence, and go on. people do relapse sometimes, so find back your motivation and focus on your road ahead. don't ponder over the relapse now until you find yourself ready and happy to learn something from it.
    see you next day:)

First off, you're most definitely capable and you will make it if you're perseverant and you continue to adapt every time you make a mistake. Just continue to try to learn from what you're doing and you'll be A'OK.

I have a few things to say only because I understand from having been through it repeatedly (and this is advise to myself at the same time, I'm certainly struggling as well):

    1. Be confident/proud of yourself and look at the context in the situation. Be as understanding with yourself as you can and treat yourself with the respect you deserve, relapse or not. You'e gonna make it through, but its gonna be a lot easier and more eye-opening if you let yourself like yourself during the process. Try to give yourself credit where credit is do. I also like to repeatedly ask myself the question (in relation to my being negative as opposed to positive) "is it going to improve my life or my circumstances by allowing myself to be dejected and treat myself poorly or is it going to be more beneficial to treat myself respectfully and with love?" I usually find that people are their own worst enemies and if we just let ourselves believe in ourselves sometimes that's all it takes.

    2. Your brain likes to tell you stories about what yoiu can/can't or should/shouldn't do, but they'e usually just a product of conditioning and habit, and if you have a negative habit formed the those stories are almost always going to screw you over if you connect with them. The most liberating thing for me when I get into these moments (trying to make a positive change but consistently falling back or keeping myself down i.e. the internet surfing or tv) is allowing my thoughts to be there but instead of continuing the pattern immediately acting upon what I feel is going to be the most positively impacting in my life instead, without planning it or thinking it over at all. I think we sometimes get stuck in a process of having to explain everything to ourselves but in doing so just get more stuck and create a negative feedback loop. If you know somethings good for you, do it, and If you know somethings bad for you, always choose what you think will be good in its stead. Don't need things to feel a certain way before you move on.

Hope some of this can be some help, feel free to message any time, always mutually beneficial. You're going to make it
