Whohoooo. Day 9!!! Almost into the two digits. I'm now 1/11 complete with the 90 day challenge. I'm so happy. I'm feeling better and more exited with life. Thanks NoFap

Thoughts occasionally over Fap occur due to being without I am sure. However I am no gonna die without it

14/90! So far I've been winning the battles against the urges and I am confident, I will win the war.

 

So... I had been busy but still on PMO ¡15 days! SO HAPPY

 

Day 32/90. (first time I had a wet dream. Does that mean I have to restart again?)

I would say no. You didn't do it on purpose and you had no real control. It sometimes just happens. Your body just did it naturally. Just be careful about any urges that may or may not result in next few days as a result. Your body is still adjusting I would say. You are doing well and being successful so just be happy
