Day 55.Today is the day I have now gone 100 days of no PMO.After 12 years I have not given in to the emotion of "lust" and voluntarily stimulated an "orgasm" for 100 days.

Took a walk this morning in the snow and thick frost and it was so beautiful. I'm trying to do more healthy things like that to give me life and replace the dumb habits I had before. Meditation and prayer during the walk was excellent as well.
