Day 6/14

Today was the first day in a very long time I woke up without an erection. Took me about 5 minutes to figure out what was diffrent and to check if I was not dreaming.

 

going well with some help from cold showers.

 

Cold showers are great, they're helping me quite a lot.

Day 2/14!

 

Day 4,no strong urges yet.I'm not looking back this time.

 

Starting today again,Day 0.

 

Getting knocked down should only make you stronger, Don't let anything keep you down!

 

Day 1 done. Onto Day 2/14.

 

First clean week complete!

Day 12. Almost there.

 

Day zero after a booze-filled Friday and an eventual weakness to the urge.
