Thank you for the encouragement. I haven’t been doing great for the past couple days, I’ve avoided getting back on here because I got depressed and ashamed of how many times I’ve relapsed. But I’m back, and I want to continue this challenge.
Completed the 14 day challenge. Day 0- relapsed, but I'm gonna pick myself up and fight through. Would anyone advise me on how to fight off the chaser-effect?
Realize that you are not your thoughts, you can change your brain. You can do it brother, Just don't do the other. And if you get that chaser urge, just look it up at that moment, what am I having again.. The Emergency button help for me, just focus on something else (difficulty is not that becoming a habit/addiction)
