Thank you, I am proof that people who've relapsed and started over numerous times can get past it and have long streaks ahead of them. Never give up!
It's better to go under water gradually. The first 15 or 20 second is the hard part after that the body adjust itself and the cold water seems like the warm water. But don't forget to apply wim Hof breathing method.
that is great. I do meditate every single day since a year ago. That is Excellent. Wayn dyer guided meditation and Dr Dispenza guided meditation and also Jose silva guided meditation is great. Thanks buddy. Hmm, yes you have a point. I was thinking of re-doing the 90-day, but maybe that is just going over old ground. I'd probably try the 180 but that thread doesn't seem to get much traffic. So maybe I'll stay here after all, and shoot for 1/2 of the 365!
0 Again ! Not fapping was f*ing my life and that was why i got rid of it. I'm working, urges attack, I'm reading, urges come. I really don't know how to manage them. Even cold shower doesn't help. Any tip is highly appreciated.
