For last many days, it was going cool. But today was Hard day for me... a lot of urges. I am still vulnerable and i have to be more careful. I think, it happened because i missed some of the practices in the morning and yesterday's late sleeping. I had a tendency to even miss the evening practice but because of the flow and accounting of practices i had for above 50 days, i could do my evening practice. After evening practice, i feel much better and i am back in control. Realized the importance of practices. Thank God...
Day 67 checking in A full day, completed my chores and even more. I am doing good after all. Will not give up.
I relapsed today I'm going to restart again as a spartan boy even more stronger than before Day 0 Check in!

day fifteen sorry not to checking in yesterday, had a urgent work at the office so i came home so late again im on weak state right now, had consecutive wet dream's made me tired, idk why this happen i did not even edging or having fantasy on porn, in the day time nor before i go to bed. but its just happen.. once its ok but when its consecutive... i fear tho now beside the tiredness , the scene on the dream keep coming through the day....i thinking some kegel exercise to overcome this
