Keep going my friend. We all are in there for you. One day at a time.

 

Day 7/14. Crossed the half way mark. Went for a 5k run today with my run buddy after quite some time.

 

Morning 9/14, the days are clocking up, which is great. The feeling of being clean v feeling of being high. The first one - I can breathe, I can talk to others, I can sleep, I can relax, I can do my work, enjoy my work, I can write, ideas form, I have friends, laugh. The second - all I have is the high (for as long as it lasts), the rest is forgone. #dosomethingdifferent

9/14 done! My previous record is 11 days so getting close. Watched the first video in the "Your Brain On Porn" website, when I struggling this afternoon - very helpful and kept me safe for another day. Thanks for support!

Oh man! Its been a while since I gone past 10 days....

Although I haven't PMO'd or edged...or peeked, I couldn't say that I'm making progress.

I know well enough that just abstaining from PMO isn't doing any good.

So lets hope I work towards my goals.
