Day 25 Exercise is now becoming a need for my daily life. Just making sure I stay fit and in shape till this pandemic ends and continue my workout at gym later the pandemic
Hi guys, I am back. Conqured exams, then had an excellent day trip with friends. nice weather and all. Today i will visit some other friends, had not visited their home in months. I would start with making plans for 3 days at a time. My goal for next three days - 1. Go to the library at 8am 2. Excercise for 30 minutes at home ( gyms are closed from tomorrow in my country, so cant go there ) 3. Meditate twice a day 4. Control my day dreaming mind 5. Go to ikea to do shopping Ofcourse i will come here and update everyday. @purplebat14 congratulations on completing 90 days free of this addiciton.
Welcome back! I like your plans, I do similar plans for every day. You are right, planing is key for success. But the battle against PMO is also not so soon over. On some parts it only begins for me. The fight will go on, but Viking power will support us even more now

Day 26, Day 27 I was running a little busy yesterday and was hoping to check in at night but ended up exhausted so I switched to sleep instead, I am checking in for both the days. Exercise, Diet, Meditation. I have started monitoring my sleep as well. Good sleep is much important for fresh mind.
