So I did some kegel earlier this morning and later this evening. Without any trigger or urge. After some research about the penis and all I decided to MO(slowly paced) without porn... And also without thinking about any porn scene. I just thought about people I know and I am sexullay attracted too. I had a good erection, was loosing it at some point I guess in lost concentration but I lasted up to 16mins(Timed myself) I am doing a hard mode reboot(still not watched porn in 9days and counting) but just wanted to try out an experiment on myself and turning on all those stuffs. I have a few questions... Thinking about someone or people is it objectification of the person? I have resumed my hard mode though. 16mins is it Ok?
