Not doing great with NF at the moment. Got to 6 days and relapsed really late/early this morning. Pretty clear lesson here - I stayed up and felt "too tired to actually get up and go to bed" and instead played on my phone until I was tempted. I've really gotta work on my sleep routine and stay off the devices when I'm really tired!

Anyways, joining the 3 day.

Hey, to all of you!
I just want to say goodbye. Looks like I've almost done this... at least I hope I won't relapse till the end of the day.
It was nice being here, on my first nofap.com challenge, and I'll miss it. I felt lots of support being here, and I intend to stay for a while. I wish to all of you the whole luck from the world, and take care!
As for me, I am looking ahead now for the 14 days challenge. Maybe we will meet again there.
