1 Day of Maditation & Yoga (MY) Today I did meditation only for 10 minutes. I did the yoga for 15 minutes. Due to heavy rainfall I could not go out. So I did meditation and yoga at home only. After doing it I feel energetic whole day. That is to say that laziness does not come.
Exercise is always good before meditation, more energy in the body, more awareness! I will have a second meditation soon too
3 Days of MY✔️ I did meditation in morning 4:00AM to 4:30AM (30Mins) and did yoga.Now, I want to do it continuously.
Today I did 10 minutes of physics - breathing exercises 20 minutes - 20 minutes of meditation. 1 day +
Day 5 - 20 minut breathing exercises 20 minut meditation - I arrived home in the evening after the train and did it before going to bed! Like a breath of air
