I slipped today after being clean for 2full days, so I rate it as a step in the right direction. What went wrong? -> I go to gym a lot -> sexy girls are there -> my fantasies -> +I am always very pumped after the workout + feel tired + feel horny + the imagines in my head, some triggers some of the porn scenes -> I engage and once I start it only gets worse ---> and thats what happened, I wasnt able to focus on my work afterwards, fapped and just gave up What to do better this time? -> do not seek any additional triggers (news, dont click the thumbnails on youtube, dont click on the spicy news -> dont even go to this type of news anymore) -> morning danger -> turn on your back and take deep breaths, consciously remind yourself why you want to get up and start with wim hof breathing + cold showers, remind yourself with your daily/weekly goals -> after gym danger -> prep meal, stay away from bedroom, NO FUCKING WAY GO TO THE BEDROOM AND LAY THERE!!! ITS ALWAYS THE SAME!!! then go for a walk or just start doing some work and get the momentum -> use some brain wave or whatever focus music to lock yourself working -> be ready to face pain -> gym analogy -> start small, do your best with little weights and step by step keep pushing -> patience, self-awareness, control your thoughts, deep breaths And yeah, its going to be hard, I am going to suffer, but I and all of us, can make it. Step by step. 2days = good step forward Now time for 3days and start building. DAY 0
