So i relapsed 4 days ago (PMO). I was on my longest streak of 27 days, but also my most times of wet dreams (3 times during these 27 days). Today was my 4th day and i had a wet dream, then my unconcious mind started having dirty thoughts and i put my hand on my D, and MO’d for 10 seconds before i ejaculated in my sleep. I need help with wet dreams. I never got them on previous streaks, only now. It weakens me around all the aspects of my body. Right now as im writing, my heart is beating fast and im having crazy pain in my chest, my knees are hurting and im probaly going to be a scared little anxious shit the next 4-5 days. I need help to cure wet dreams, i need something that can stop these FOREVER!
I think wet dreams are caused by our thought patterns. It's true that we have no control over what thoughts come to us, but we do have influence over what happens to those thoughts and whether we follow them or not. Have you tried meditation?
Hello bro. Yes i do meditate, but i have started to decrease the frequency of how many times i meditate a week. I sometimes meditated everyday, sometimes even twice, and also stretching out. But now i havent done that for maybe 4-5 days.
@Alcatel1312 other than minimizing fantasizing sexual thoughts, you may try the following: Sleep on your sides, instead of on your back. Eat less (and less meat) at night. Avoid overexertion (both physically and mentally), especially before bedtime. Please let me know if any of them works.
I too facing same issue, but mine more complex, I don't get any triggering dreams usually, everything's fine but for no perfect reason (normally), I start doing this being not conscious and after ejaculation I get my senses back what I have done or so. I faced this same issue 2 years back when I was on nofap journey and it got wiped in 70 days after my nofap streak and I became completely clean for like 9 months afterwards as per my memory. But I can admit that what @desmond318 warned, I become really exhausted and sometimes worried before bed.
The absolute deciding factor in wet dreams for me was caffeine. I had to force myself to not drink coffee past a certain window. Id wager that sugar also produces that kind of effect as well.
Sad part is, i just got a wet dream again. I take Ashwagandha and ZMA. Im gonna cut out Ashwagandha to see if it helps.
I am not sure whether supplements would contribute to wet dreams, I know little about them, but you may try to cut out some of them and see if it helps. If nothing works, including those points that I have suggested, then on top of that, try doing this exercise which I shared on my journal: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/just-a-journal.329411/page-14#post-3404290 Good luck!
