Day 111 Forgot how shitty alcohol can make you feel, been monitoring my intake since starting this reboot but overdid it a bit for the first time at the weekend. Still no excuse to pmo. Need to get back to my workouts asap.
I don't know why these past 2 weeks, the urges really came back strong. It changes though and it's a good sign, I don't have urges to watch porn at all but urges to have real sex. I've gotta abstain though!
