    day 1 was relatively easy, feeling a bit sick tho

    I'm doing softmode, meaning no porn consumption.
    In the last few weeks porn dictated my life and I spent unholy amounts of time in front of screens.
    Since I was 12 years old(I'm 32 now) I never made it past 3 weeks without pornography.
    The end goal for me is to quit p altogether
