My goal here is no PM, no gaming. Hopefully ever again, but let's start with 30 days! Just completed 14 day challenge. Had some serious urges at the end. Need to be careful with triggers - especially being tired, stressed, lonely. Instead, read, listen to music, exercse. Anyway, let's do this!
