The problem we are having is we lose the discipline after some time or some days have progressed and we will start to slowly revert back to the old days. The second main problem is many of us don’t take the reboot seriously, it’s like after watching porn in the brief moment of depression or shame we think of rebooting but not really wanting to quit it. Then when you start rebooting The problem is, will power lets you bring for a finite distance, buts it slowly fades away and that’s when we revert back. The thing is we need to change our way of living or we can say it as we need to get control of the mind. It’s all in the thought process, once your mind starts to get uncomfortable or boring or sometimes some urges arise either when you see someone or something in YouTube it will start to recollect the images or things that you have seen or your mind is wired to. And if you dwell for long time in this phase, the cycle of relapse starts it’s like Thoughts -> image search -> mastrubation -> and slowly soft videos and then ends up in porn and then period of finite depression and after some days the cycle may start again. so your mind is your best friend and it’s also your worst enemy how you control it and make the mind calm and win over it depends on how disciplined you are in long run 1. Avoid laziness (main and most important one, empty vessel makes more noise) 2. Don’t dwell too much in thought process when some images gets popped in your mind, try to distract ( it’s little hard but it depends on how you train the mind) 3. You may fail but don’t think too much about it and start again and move on. But your dream is to quit and don’t make EXCUSES then it becomes a nightmare, because from next reboot onwards your brain will try to find some EXCUSES and you relapse. 4. It’s not how many days you have progressed or not seen porn, it’s about how you have shaped your mind and your body and how much have you changed from your older habits or how much improvements you have made in your reboot time. 5. Try to start making your bed as soon as you wake up and practice accomplishing small things and try to maintain discipline and don’t procrastinate 6. reduce time in social media there are many triggers but once you get some control over the mind and get self confidence then you can spend little bit more time in social media. Day 48. Emergency report. Bad situation. I want to shut down blockers. My mind wants to slide into fanasies. I'll go for a walk to rest from urges and think things through.
