I've become sick. Laying around at home, but already getting better. I studied nutrition a little. Even fruits and vegetables have lost much of their vitamines (just one random fact here). It's absolutely mandatory to quit ultra-processed foods as they are worse and kill more people than tobacco. I'm not sure if this is 100% factual, but more or less that's how it is and that's enough for me to quit this shit. Also you don't want to support a system that makes profit with foods that make people sick, do you? Of course you can ruin your health as well with traditional processed food like sugary sweets and alcoholic beverages, or even with natural foods alone that should be possible (dunno, with a diet of algae (too much iodine) and fugu fish (potentially deadly) maybe So from today on I'll abstain from sugar, (ultra) processed food, algae and fugu ... what the..?! stop degressing and stop the bs, icebreaker! Seriously, here are some ideas for better eating: never enter a branch of a bakery chain - a so called "bakery" //unless you have to hide from a terror attack plan buying groceries and preferably go to the weekly market esp. when you go into a supermarket: make a grocery list beforehand - never enter a supermarket without a grocery list discover new foods, new variants of food and enjoy to eat healty, natural and tasty go for quality over price (but don't get fooled by labels) focus on simple and basic food that you know - than it will be much cheaper
Thanks for sharing this, mate. my fasting journey isn’t going as well as I thought it’d this month. But, hey the month ain't over yet. Nevertheless, I did achieve a few goals that I had in mind, so some progress is better than none, right? Gonna make stronger and clearer strategies. Stay strong, lads.
Day 10/29! Fasted for two days since Wednesday then ate yesterday and eating today too. Gonna try another fast tomorrow. Like that I will complete my weekly goal of at least 3 days per week. Eating window is not working though, can't stick to it. Nofap is doing fine. That's about all for now.
Day 12/29! Last week's recap: No porn—check! Eating window from 5 PM till 9 PM on eating days—fail! Min 3 days of fasting per week—fail (only did two)! Hope this week is gonna be better... All though it's not all bad, because I managed to avoid lot's of junk food during eating days. I had some, but for the most part I stuffed my stomach and satiated my hunger with low fat home made foods, with lot's if fiber and water. I made a delicious stew with low calorie vegetables and no added fat.

Today is my day, I'm on the spot, focussed, living the moment. I have a plan for the future. Exercising, learning, getting stuff done ... this is as important as not pmo, not wasting time on the computer or the phone. Only struggeling with my no-sugar rule. Wrote a lot about it, but decided that was going no where and deleting it now. I will just post my results for today and try to improve where I can, also in the "sugary sector"
