Re-starting today. 0/30. I'm doing the circles. My inner circle is those terribly shitty porn videos, and a couple more things. What about you? What counts as a successful day or what breaks the streak? I think that much of our success can be in properly defining this. This should be clear, not too complex, not too pushy, but also not too lenient.
0/30. Had a really stressful few days and that’s what made me relapse. Next time gotta remember - stress is danger. If I’m stressed, be vigilant against relapse
