Should I reset my tracker for watching Game Of Thrones which has many explicit porn content? Its not my intention to watch porn but show has many scenes of nudity and porn content.
It's your choice. My personal recommendation would be yes. This is because, you are trying to allow your brain to heal from the artificial over stimulation of the dopamine-fuelled reward circuit. This will have affected that healing so, yes - reset.
It is completely your call. I have a "soft porn" tracker, and a full porn tracker. The dual tracker has allowed me notice how it tends to escalate. What I have noticed is that anytime I look at soft porn, or sexy youtube videos, invariably escalates to full porn and masturbation. Soft porn is like an alcoholic taking a sip of beer..... just a matter of time before he is into the hard liquor. So don't get caught of on the guilt or minutiae of whether or not it is a counter reset. The important thing to note is that you are playing with fire..... that will escalate. Also, use the counter to keep track of progress. The counter is not the goal. If you try to make your reason for stopping PMO some stupid counter..... it won't work
To be honest, games of thrones hasn't had a lot of sex in recently. If you feel as if the slightest sight of a naked body will give you an uncontrollable urge to fap then fine. But if you can control yourself, seeing the odd naked person in a movie will not harm your development.
To To watch an fantasy series with great story, cast and of course dragons. (If I had intention for porn I would n't tune to HBO)
Well, then it wasn't a p sub. Of course it's advisable to stay away from triggering stuff. But it's all about the intention. For example, take bikini models. If I'm at home, and think "Hm, I'd like to see some bikini models" and do so, the pictures are p subs. However, say I'm at a friends' and she and I are browsing bikini models together to find one we both like (not that that happens, just an imaginary example ), the pictures are not p subs. Just remember to check with yourself why you want to watch what you're going to watch.
