This never happened to me before so I don't know how to react. When having a wet dream I always just dreamed about sex but I never came while sleeping.
Last night I dreamed of holding my phone in my hand and jerking off to porn and I actually jizzed in my pants... wtf?
    Does this count as relapse?

  2. I highly doubt it's a breach. So long as it was in a wet dream, you're fine I think because it utilises a different part of your brain to the part that is addicted.... SO it has to be fine. It could be your brains last attempt to make you O maybe? Which day are you up to?

Also, do you feel ok afterwards?

I relapsed some time ago now I'm on day 10 again :/
I feel like im drunk. I actually drank yesterday but normally I don't feel anything on the next day, and this wasn't enough for a hangover. My head feels like it's full of cotton (no headache, just strange feeling) and my eyes feel strange, too. They seem to be still drunk. They are slow and feel different.
Did I get these "drunken eyes" from this PMO dream? They where even faster when I actually was drunk...dafuq.

  4. I still think you'll be fine. Like I said, you use a different part of the brain when you have a wet dream, not the 'reward' part. If you had a lot of alcohol the night before and missed some sleep, you can't use your current state to measure if you relapsed. No, as long as you dreamt it, you used a different part of your brain, end of story.

Alcohol affects dopamine levels too, so... that's why you feel foggy. I'd say you'll feel back to normal tomorrow...

    Hey man,

this kind of wet dream also happend to me pretty similar. I think it just happens, because you have stopped PMO and now you're mind tries to get it's drug back in some way. So it's a good sign. It means you're healing.
I know what you're talking about with the eyes and head n stuff. Sometimes after a wet dream i feel the same (especially when it's about PMO'ing). It feels like a 'tiny relapse', but you'll recover pretty soon. Just be patient and you're power will be back.

Agree with the others, esp. what vibemaker said. Yes, some of us have had this sort of thing. Obviously for me it was a bit different, female body and all, but I've had MO dreams during NoFap, I think I have had 3! Once I woke up and was like, did I or didn't I? But in the end I realised, no, it was just a dream. And, yes I think like what vibemaker said, brain is trying to get its fix, body is trying to get its fix, almost like they are trying to trick you into relapsing! But in itself NO NO NO dreams of relapse are NOT a relapse, nor are wet dreams. That's my thoughts on this, anyway.

Yes, you have been voted off NoFap island. Better luck next time! Your prize: a $50.00 gift card to Blockbuster!

[No, it does not count as a relapse. However.. it certainly tells you what your subconscious wants - PMO!]

Blockbuster is still a thing? I thought it was all Netflix now? :)

Yeah, this dream is part of your reboot. Just part of your reboot. So, in a WAY, it's actually a good sign. That your brain is going D f are you DOING here? Where's my fix?! (Keep going, you're doing great)

No it doesn't. You have no control over it.
