So would that be a total of 1200 push ups per week? I think i'm gonna have to go for 400 mon / wed / fri with two days rest.
I did some kettle bell swings push ups and sit ups in rotating fashion for about fifteen or twenty minutes this morning. It was excruciating because I am not in good shape at all. Want push ups to feel extra terrible? When you cant do any more good ones drop to your knees and do the girlie style ones. Agonizing.
Day 5 was a bust. Busy from start to finish and didn't make time for my 100. Start over, or count today as day 5?
Missed yesterday but finished my 100 today. Not done yet going for another 300 gonna have to finish whatever I don't do tonight. @laris not easy but challenging. I like it. Switching between military and wide push ups till I get more accustomed to it. Update: 200 down 200 to go. Think I could've finished it all. I'll have to start earlier on wednesday. Update: 400 down. Came close to the end of day. So i pretty much did 2 sets of 200 today. Wednesday i'll try and get em in one setting.
A streak is a streak man. Start over, doesn't matter if you miss a day as long as you jump right back in the next day.
I like your determination.Keep up with the good work!As Today its the day of pull ups!The ultimate strength exercise!Besides push ups I also do pull ups! At least two times a week.
So I completed the challenge last week and I am going to continue this habit. You know, add more good things to your life that'll prevent you from watching porn!
Day 17 - 200 Situps No Pushups today. Since two days I feel a little pain in the bone of my elbows and I think it’s because of the amount of pushups I did in the last two weeks (1455 pushups since April 23rd which for me is quite a big number). So today I thought I rest my elbows and don’t do pushups. I did 200 Situps in 8 sets.
100 down so far. Better than I thought it would be but I just started. Lets see where I end up. Update: 300 down. Gonna save the other 100 for tonight. Its a good distraction.
You need to let your muscle fibers in your chest heal the day after a workout. That's when you stack up on protein and carbs. Otherwise it won't let your muscle fibers repair themselves if you're constantly ripping them.
Pull ups would round be a brilliant exercise to do, in addition to push ups. I've heard that the most effective workouts are those which incorporates both push and pull movements.
