Me too. You have millions - maybe billions around the world that have your same problem. The difference between you and them though, is that you are willing to make a change.

Many people do also make the change. It's something you really can work on and fix. The help of the Lord does make it easier!

Have you asked your Bishop to meet with you regularly? That's really helped me.

Install QuStudio but make someone else do it for you. and don't use phone before going to bed.

At first I was SO uncomfortable with the idea of talking to a 60 year old man that hardly can get my first name right about the most personal details of my life.

Like I really felt like that wasn’t OK. But then I realized he’s just a representative of Christ, and so it’s like I’m talking with the savior himself.

And when you view it THAT way, counseling (not just confessing one time) with a bishop can be really helpful.

I remember being on a monthly program for a time. And, talking even more w/ Bishop if I needed. It was a great aid to my progress. I needed that time desperately, and I'm glad the Church staffs that spiritual aid for us!

Ya Its not so much a problem with porn that hasn't been a problem. but masturbation has. that would be a good step to take. I have been doing better though I only relapsed once this past week, and that has been a great improvement so far.
