I've only recently found out that I have panic attacks. I've had them since I was a kid, and never knew what it was called. It disturbs me that I've been plagued by this for a long time. Couple that with hallucinations, night terrors, sleep paralysis, and constant nightmares. Meditation helps, but whenever I relapse/binge, these sleepless nights come back. Ever since I quit my job back in April, I've gained 17 lbs of fat. I've been losing motivation to eat healthy and work out like I usually do.

Thanks for sharing! My anxiety has gotten worse recently. The reason I think is cuz I got rid of PMO so my depression from guilt and shame got worse, cuz I was feeling all the feelings.

Then the depression has mostly gotten worked through, so now there’s all the attention in my brain on anxiety. I’ve cried the last two days due to my panic or anxiety. So it’s time for me to work through that.

Then hopefully it gets better as my depression did. :) as long as we stay honest and open with ourselves and the loved ones who are helping us (family, friends, therapist) we can safely get through these issues

The same as my situation. Actually, inactivity, porn, masturbation, sex, and edging makes panic attack, anxiety and depression worse. Y'all can still have sex/masturbate but limit it to once a week for healthy results.

@xXPharaohXx Damn man, I understand. What are the things that trigger that anxiety? Also, what do you do to calm yourself when those feelings arise?

@xXPharaohXx Thank you for replying by the way. I myself have never gone to therapy, I'd say it's a trust issue, but lately I've been wondering if it's a pride issue.

@xXPharaohXx I've never needed it as I've dealt most of my problems on my own through working out, meditation, writing, drawing, and self preservation. But these days, it's been hard to see where my head is at sometimes.

@WennieBoy Weird enough, sex has never triggered these things for me. No doubt, I feel shame sometimes and anxiety, but never panic attacks. Pmo is what triggers it for me.

@Brain-Police therapy for me was fear and pride. I had to be broken enough to gain the willingness to put that aside and go
