Hello fellas long time no see. I was not active in the form for quite a long time. I had troughs and crests in this time. I was able to resent pmo for quite sone time. But now I have fallen into a pmo spree. I can't go 2 days without pmo. I will usually have an urge I will overcome it but after sometime it again comes and I fall. Do pray n support me. This is lent I wish to have a transformation before the Passover.

It's not something you can do on your own power. You have to let God do it for you. 3 hail Mary's in the morning and 3 hail Mary's before bed
