Hello fellas long time no see. I was not active in the form for quite a long time. I had troughs and crests in this time. I was able to resent pmo for quite sone time. But now I have fallen into a pmo spree. I can't go 2 days without pmo. I will usually have an urge I will overcome it but after sometime it again comes and I fall. Do pray n support me. This is lent I wish to have a transformation before the Passover.

I will pray for you. Not sure what your previous username was or if I knew you before, but welcome back. If I may correct one thing you said, you CAN go more than 2 days without pmo. Maybe you are still trying to figure out how, but telling yourself you can't will no doubt make the whole thing harder. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
