Probably. To hope for a wet dream is to hope for lust. Lust IS a sin. Therefore you're hoping to sin. "Lead us not into temptation" is the goal, as opposed to your hope.

I always am very horny the next day after a sexual dream. It is hard to fight the tempt. But I dont think it is a sin because you arent exercising your free will
