    Description

    People who have ADHD are more likely to develop addictions in life. This is because their brains lack sufficient neurotransmitters (Dopamine), which hinders certain activities and can be disabling. The ADHD brain seeks dopamine inducing behaviors, which can lead to addiction.

    This group is dedicated to all fapstronauts who struggle with both ADHD and addiction. It is a place for both support and for brainstorming creative ways to manage our ADHD and overcome our PMO addiction at the same time.

    Rules

    All Group members are expected to still follow NoFap's forum posting policies. However, on this page you can find additional rules that we have set for using this Group.

    1. You must have ADHD or be the spouse or partner of someone with ADHD.

    2. Please be respectful of other group members regardless of how the choose to go about managing their ADHD. No shaming others for choosing to take medication.

    3. Do not give medical advice.
