    I am ok...Thanks bro, it means I will zero tolerance to any arousal even thoughts and fantasy (except dreams that I cannot directly stop)...physical relapse is inevitable once mind starts to enjoy sexual thoughts etc...

    Stopping fantasies as soon as they start and not letting them run their course...doing this for some time trains the mind to start automatically reject urges after some time. I have done it before, it was my cleanest and best streak.
