Thanks for the checkup my dude. I won't lie, I've been struggling. The thing with nofap is it focuses you on yourself so much you discover problems you never knew you had. I recently found how flawed my problem solving skills are for instance. I've used PMO as a quick fix solution for everything, much in the same way as one would use alcohol, drugs or self harm. In other words: I've got a lot to sort out.
