Most people here set up a counter for their no pmo streak and gradually do self improvement bit by bit, doing everything all at once can make them tired and quite early.

sticking with goals you make one after the other and actually doing them will get you to where you want to be, just keep the reason why your doing this in the forefront of you mind at all times and you'll be golden.

check out the lower part of the forum and make a journal in your designated age group and fill it up with thought plans and actions you want to take.
