When you get out of anything bad, people say you come out strong. But it's not. You always loose a part of yourself in there. Now you are void of that emotion. How could you be strong by losing a part of you.

You love someone,she is lost. You can't have the same feeling for anybody else.
You feel you are strong now to handle that kind of things but now you can't feel the thing same way.

because you lose something but you find something else at his place. You handle a bad situation and you lost something but you found your self-esteem because you came out of this. it's just about finding the right thing for you

i know when the mind races you pretty much have no chance, need to exercise it off. if you dont like the thoughts in your head you get out of your head by doing activities. no you never to comfortable to do anything, you can do what you want when you want no matter the feeling just need to know your in control

I am doing it and I am finding myself at totally different mental level and no body is blocking me. you just smile and give what other person needs, they'll clear your way. then you won't find any obstacles the whole day.

Today, I gave the project status to the boss in a nice and calm manner knowing he won't understand a thing. But from morning till now, he hasn't called for me, not raised a complain what I am doing in my seat, he came to ask for coffee. and the day is going well. I needed time for my own project and I got it. :-)

most definitely. If you want to reach where you want to, then sometimes we need to bend a little and give the other person what he needs so that he can clear our way and give support if needed. All its needed is just a change in attitude for sometime, for our own benefit.
