    Don't worry buddy about your posts. No one said rebooting or self improvement is going to be easy but it's a big challenge. The biggest and baddest enemy is looking at you right in the mirror. Don't worry you're not alone, you got us the NoFap community. Try doing some intense journaling get out all your frustrations
