    This is not an excuse that Bec I was under stress I did it. Either you do it or you don't do it. Stay strong bro. In a 90 day streak you are definitely going to see some or other type of stress.

    True it's not an excuse. I've treated it always a stress buster. It worked 98/100 times. Any suggestions on other stress buster activities?. For, instance eating helps me avoid stress but I don't wanna do it as I will gain weight. Looking for Help guys?
