Especially after being reminded my studying isn’t that hard, it’s just time-consuming and that made it scary. Overcome the fear and I’ll enjoy the studying.

Your studying sounds exactly like my experience with my work right now, if I put in a decent amount of time it's actually fun and not scary anymore

urges hit me the hardest when doing homework,my method i leave phone at home, i work at the library with my laptop, poeple always there and always looking at my screen when walking by its a natural instinct ,

I was able to get through it. Back on my laptop, got a plan for the remainder of the day. Need to get into the flow with my work rn and I won't have anything to worry about. Don't ever give up!

Nocturnal emission usually stem from the mind..fanstasizing, not being 100% strict. Its good to try to minimize them. There were some deep posts on forum from one chinees guy here. Try to find em.

Feel a lot better after spending some time today cleaning my room and reorganizing stuff. It’s mot fun but it is so much better after you’ve done it.

I try not to speed read. It’s crazy what you can learn and the connections you make with other ideas when you really absorb the material. But when it comes to college work, I understand. Some majors like PreLaw and PreMed will expect a nigh unreasonable amount of reading.

She’s with someone else lol. Tbh, my first thought when I was certain was “dammit, you gotta be kidding me” my second thought was “whew” pure relief. I found out before I confessed to her, and I also was uncertain about being in a relationship as a whole.

I’m currently super busy grinding for a CollegeBoard CLEP exam so I can skip a class, and have other passions I want to put more time toward my martial arts training, planning events for my martial arts club, and actually setting aside time for a fun side project I’ve wanted to do for years.

I felt I almost had to ask her out or I’d be betraying myself, I felt like I couldn’t forgo the opportunity or I’d regret it, so I’m kind of happy it’s no longer an active choice I have to make. I can step away from her and focus on my passions for the Summer.

@Mr. Monk Maybe that’s a good way to look at it. I’m still the same dude that broke 30 days not too long ago.

@SilentWolfSong Martial arts, but I hold a leadership position in the club I’m a part of so it’s a source of stress sometimes too lol
