Hey brothers!! I l know it's been a while but I touched again.and once more no semen was lose.

@ModifiedUsername1 The first 20 days were very difficult for me. After that, it got easier, but I kept P-subs in my mind and on my screen, and that really hindered me. It was not until I abandoned all sexual imagery and thinking of any kind that I felt my mind was truly free. So, the quickest course to overcoming is to cut off all P and P-subs 100%. Do that and stay honest with your APs about how you are doing on a daily basis, and you will find that you are totally free, too! I am praying for you and cheering you on!

@ring Next time it would be great to hear from you *before* you M. Is this something you really want to quit? The regularity of these sorts of posts makes it appear that maybe you do not.
