I relapsed on my birthday. That really sucks. But hopefully if I quit now I can celebrate two things on my birthday <3 .

Those 19 days down the drain. And in no nut November I’m so disappointed

15 days in the making. I need to quit junk food as well. Starting tomorrow because I already ate junk food. No more of it.
