Failed to update lately: Everything is going as vowed: meditation, habits, stuff. The unusual things: I started to wake up before my alarm, after about 7h of sleep. (no media helps obviously) I dream a lot again (no media) A tinder match came to date with me (last time was 1y ago) Even second tinder match this morning. I tend to have time for stuff. Removing unnecessary habits opened huge time periods. Some days I have low energy. And the very next day it is back to normal. I still struggle with the own place part, but that is working for me too. #beTheWarrior #liveTheMagic
I'm in! I have 6 days so far.... and I am also not drinking alcohol or caffeine.... going sort of Straight Edge you might say.
Day 35. I don't know how 'warrior' it is, but I'm going to drag my decrepit behind up and down some stairs and see if parkour is something I'll enjoy. At this point, caffeine is my only vice.
125 days! I just keep getting better and better! Never felt that great since I'm addicted! The only problem that I got is insomnia but I incorporated dry fasting in my routine. I dry fast at least 24h a week, sometimes twice if I have a lot of time off and it really cures my insomnia. Only good things ahead!
Update 183/180 I joined new challenge called 365 challenge, so I may not be able to update here so often. I wish everyone will get what they want to achieve. It will get easier with the time, just keep patience, time will do the rest. Thank you all people who supported me to get me here. Sorry for my bad english.
