Hey people, I'm going to tap out of this challenge. Not because I relapsed or anything. But I've been thinking, maybe thinking of it as stopping or quitting for 180 or 90 or even 30 days is not good as what happens when we're done? Do we just go back to PMO? So I will just say I'm giving up for good! To each his own though, and I wish us all the best.
