Day 0 I had a relapse earlier. I fell out of my good rhythms -- sleeping, eating, working out, etc. It started off with edging but quickly got worse because I did not clear goals in mind for today. I'm feeling a bit discouraged, but it's not over. I can get back on the horse and keep going. This is not the end.
