Today was refreshing. My mind is clear as ever, feeling positive about my improvement. I'm not going to get cocky though, this time I will make sure I follow it through.

Day four of seven. Feeling very alive. Full of testosterone and ready to fight or fuck.

Day 1/7: I was back at work today. Pretty easy day, honestly.

 

Day 3 I know I can do this. Honestly this post is great for people like me who haven't gone past a week in a while. My last streak was 8 days. I will try to make it to the end of November. I am working out and eating good. Also taking supplements and stuff.

 

Finally, after almost 3 whole months of attempting this challenge, I have finally completed! On to 14 days! Good luck everyone!
