Day 6/7 I haven't checked in for the last couple of days, which is bad. Especially at the beginning of a streak, it's important to keep track of progress day-by-day. In any case, I haven't had strong cravings yet - some mild urges straight after lunch, which coincided with my post-prandial sleepiness. Tomorrow will be my last day for this challenge, so wish me strength for next 24 hours!
Ok, just completed the 3 day challenge (for the second time. Last time was last year!). Now to build on that here. Aiming to get back to the 21 day challenge and smash it! So, day 1 then!
