Today is day 9/90. And i’m feeling good. I can almost see that 2 week mark. Benefits are the same as yesterday , Just Better!!. Been doing the same things to prevent urges(but I have been slacking on the meditation went from 4 to 2 times per day). Otherwise life’s good and I had a great workout today. Good luck to all the newbies starting out and as always for those you guys who have been doing this for much longer than me y’all are the GOATS. Keep on keeping that energy within you. bye

Day 1 - SUCCESSFULLY completed! I kept busy and I drank tons of water. I just deactivated my social media accounts. The goal is to spend time w myself to figure out the root issue as to :
    1. How did I end up in this situation? I don't think I just automatically woke up one morning and decided to PMO, something led me to this point.
    2. What am I planning to achieve as I make efforts to quit?
    3. How do I plan to stay free(I'm aware it's a process that won't happen overnight ,but I'm really tired of slipping up on one thing over and over again).
    I feel confident.

Day 1 SUCCESSFULLY completed! Had a busy day and lots of water. I've deactivated my social media accounts and I look forward to spending time with myself, family and friends and God. ❤️ . I am confident I can beat this. My time away from social media will help me focus on my school work and just to invest in other activities I enjoy!

Day 2. Yesterday I was away from my computer the whole day and I had no urges whatsoever. So, my addiction is currently very connected to a certain space and way of being. Interesting!

I joined this forum 173 days ago. Of those 173 days, I was 154 days without P.

Day 4! Did lots of physical work. Too tired to PMO, lol. But also tired to fight urges, so it's always a bit dangerous.

Nice to see some new peeps in this thread. Don't have the time now for proper welcomes, so I'll just say "hi! And have a good journey."
