Today I will not use Porn because it is such a meaningless waist of my time!

 

Today I'm deep enough time wise into both my streak, and my overall work on myself, for it to lose some novelty and start to become more challenging. This is an excellent opportunity- discomfort is where growth occurs.

Awesome. I noticed when I quit porn, drugs etc for a relatively short period of time before- maybe 2017 or 2018, that with the neurochemical rebalancing of the brain, trees and that started to look awesome. And I would say I was getting more pleasure from a cup of tea than many of my peers were getting from orgasms!
