Day 21. Feeling a lot of temptation today - things have been stressful and feeling the need to escape. Thank you all for your support.
Day 79: Today is my 79th day to overcome. I've had a really great week, and super entertaining. I went to Arnedo to the city of the shoe factories where the prices are cheap with my mother and my mother's cousin. I had already been there several times, I remember that when I was addicted to porn, I was bitter and could not stand it in the stores. With two or three stores I visited, I wanted to go home. Now that doesn't happen, in fact, I start dancing my feet to the music they play in the stores, it's one of the things I enjoy the most! The next day, I went to Villoslada de Cameros with my mother's cousin again. I enjoyed the scenery, and connected with nature. It's helping me a lot with this, I do daily meditations. Every evening I go outside, and in the morning too, even if I do chores at home. The day after tomorrow, I start working again. So... great! To keep myself in line with this, and to keep moving further with the challenge. I keep running every other day, and every other day, and so on. There's nothing stopping me now, and little by little I'm reaching out to new friends to meet up with them. I recommend you to watch these three documentaries that are testimonies of how pornography affected them and how they feel now with a long abstinence. It opened my eyes!
