Today is my 90 Days Nofap. Thank you for all the support in this community. This is the first time of my life I can achieve 90 Days nofap. But, I'm afraid after 90 Days I will back to my old habit for fapping because of lack awarness and too much self satisfaction. Please someone give me clue what happen after 90 Days. I feel my urge still up and down... I really appreciate for any comment and support. Thank you
After 90 days I found a girl to do it for me, we dated for 4 years. Find the connection first before entering in sex. when we broke up I relapsed but now I know better so I will reboot & continue life knowing better.
Hey brother!I am a Chinese. And i achieve 6 months. There are lots of people who want to get rid of fapping in China. Some of them even achieve 1or2years.The secrete of success is to learn the The harm of masturbation, and learn the experience of successful people. After months, when you see a porn ,you know that it's harmful to you ,both to your mind or your body. And you should practice cutting off your bad thoughts ,when it appears ,stop thinking .The thoughts are like fires ,It is easiest to extinguish a fire when it is still small. In addition if you want to know about more experience you can check my threads(I translate a Chinese experience who keep away from porn for 9 years).Good luck!
Hey. Just complete my 90 days too... stumbled n fell over. I relapsed by watching porn at Day 93. It's just a number, don't think that all the worries are behind you now just because of a number. Keep the things that got you to that point close in your mind, maybe even more so around this time. Now your beginning the rest of your life without pmo, it's just the start. I wish you luck.
Well done, that's a huge achievement. I had the same experience and so after 90 Days I set myself a new challenge: 180 Days. Keep going, you have proved you can do this.
if youre expecting some kind of firework, a lottery win and a guy pulling up with a bunch of hot girls pulling up in a ferrari to ride eith you into the sunset, then ill have to disappoint you. thats not what we get after completing 90 days. what you do get is the completion of the first level of nofap. you have succesfully achieved level 2, which doesnt sound like a lot, but if you read regularly in this forum you may know that it takes most guys years to achieve that. you may or may not have undergone some rather significant changes in your lifestyle to achieve this acomplishment. your mission now is to continue this journey. nofap is a journey for life. if you are smart, you will know how hard it was to achieve this streak, and you will not break it, that is if you wish to continue with nofap. your job is to continue improving yourself and your life, and if nofap helped you with that, you should stick to it. go out, reward yourself! buy yourself something nice, go have a good time with your friends. DONT do stupid shit that will make you relapse. DONT reward yourself by fapping or watching porn. reflect on your journey. help others get where you are, if you can. keep on going brother, you made it this far, you can go wat further! again, congratulations man, it brings joy to me that you made it, even though we dont know each other
Congrats on this achievement! I'm sure it took a lot of resolve and work. It's a good time to assess what has improved in your life. If you like what you see, keep going, with less concern for the day count and more fulfillment from your life experiences.
You have to keep in mind that this is not a 90 days challenge after you can come back and watch porn. It is a lifetime decision.
Hi pal, I'm afraid the urge to Fap will always be in you. You have done well to abstain for 90 days. But you must remain vigilant. Remember the old samurai saying. "At the time of victory keep your helmet strapped." Important as keeping a record of your abstinence is, it is not all important. What is vital is right now! Concentrate on chaste thoughts and avoiding triggers. If you do so your streak of no PMO will take care of itself. Take care and good luck.
Yup... You're right. It's just a number. And afterall it still looong journey. I hope it can be my life style
Upgrade your challenge my boy. If you did 90, go for 180, then to 300 and so on. Not to frighten you or anything, it's a life time challenge.... don't worry simply living your life can beat the pmo. If you relapse then it's like a check point for you to check your lifestyle. That's it. Congratulations for the 90 days. #Keep going #neverstop
90 days is awesome success but... How long are you addicted? If the answer is 5 years well... that's 1825, you can not fix that in 90 days. Be patient, give it some more time. And don't focus on no PMO. Focus on your life and try to implement some more good habits. Anyway, congratulations and keep going!
