0/14: Just finished the 7 day challenge. i plan to stay on course and finish 90 days this time. doing small challenges as of now. seems easier. may repeat the 7 and 14 day challenge multiple times to reach my goal!
2/14 I have to break this pattern, 7 days no pmo, then fail on Saturday. I am going to make it to 14 and beyond this time.
