Ah, I had to reset last night. A 14 day challenge may be slightly ambitious for me right now since the longest streak I've had in months is 4 days. I'm going to go try a 7-day challenge but rest assured, I'll be back soon!
14/14 and out. Felt the urge but know it's because I don't want to engage with the work I've got to do, sitting with that quietly for a few minutes lets me rebalance and act well, I know I've got to do it anyway and it won't be so bad once I get into it.
Just post x/14 days where x is the number of days you're on in the challenge. If you already have a streak then start at 1/14 and go from there.
