Clean since Sep 1st. Day 10. Better than last time..3 days? Still having porn "flashbacks" while me and my SO are having IC. Sometimes I catch myself but sometimes, I don't...I find it happening when I'm trying to 'get there'. In the worst part of my PA I had to go for 2-3 hours and still thought about porn when I was ready to finish. Now its down to 30m-1hr. I focus on her because she comes alot and I completely forget about what I am actually feeling, and still end up using P memory to aid the process occasionally. Any advice? And is this a breach of the challenge if its not intentional?
23 days in now, urges are milder and easy to overcome but still present, haven't had an urge ambush for a few days now so I guess that was either a one time deal or takes a lot of time to build up again. Still going strong working towards #Warrior status, don't give up and never give in to that black beast in your mind brothers and sisters!!!
It could delay your progress so it is maybe a good idea to let your so know what you are going through and you could try to abstain from ic for a while with her. If you say that normally it took you 3 hrs and now only 1 hr, then you are still making progress though so you could also try to just continue what you're Doing. It's totally up to yourself. Hi man, Stay strong! In my case getting past day 3 was hell. On my first try as NoFap I went 3days without pmo, but on day 3 I started having P flash backs, it lasted for until I relapsed, but on my second try, on 3 day I locked all my devices and cut all the connections with P and here I'm 37 days. Beating day 3 is important so good luck.
10 days today! I have made it to the two digits. Today I felt so alive and satisfied. I went outside in nature and just enjoyed myself, and in return I was left with a really happy feeling inside me, not this hollow feeling that I usually receive after a relapse. Keep pushing guys, and sometime you can too enjoy the benefits of these blissful days if you have not already
This challange is a process as it is cleaning. Imagine you are cleaning a huuuuuge room (your mind) and before starting to reorder the things in your room (rewire yourself) you have to get rid of the dirt (P). So when you have flashbacks don`t blame yourself but think that now you are cleaning yourself a little bit each day. And as days are passing there is less dirt (things related to P). When there is little to no dirt left you will start to reorganize your staff in your room (rewire yourself for success). So..be patient, be strong now and it will be easier tomorrow. I would only perform kegels if you are suffering from erectile dysfunction as they can strengthen the PC and BC muscles. They can also increase sex drive however and that may make you have a more difficult time during your reboot. My advice would be to avoid any male performance routines until you feel you have fully rebooted. The best way to reboot is to avoid touching or focusing on your unit at all unless you are having a sexual encounter. Good luck!

Sadly I have relapsed agian but I know this place is a safe place and an place of encouragement please keep me in your thoughts guys and prayers not that you have to have faith but I just need some real support right .
